SUMMARY - The state of Kentucky has welcomed its 14th case of measles and 2nd case in the Louisville metropolitan area (otherwise known as "Louisville Metro"). This infection was brought on by being exposed to a previously infected child who had traveled overseas to a country that was experiencing a measles outbreak of their own.

SUMMARY - In the state of Michigan, a new measles outbreak has been declared in Osceola county where there are now seven cases of measles. Michigan has seen a total of 27 confirmed measles cases so far this year, with other counties having a prominent number of cases being Grand Traverse county & Montcalm county having four cases each.

I am concerned with how many cases there are at the start of this new outbreak. This is telling me that we could see this one grow more than we have seen others grow recently.
