SUMMARY - A measles case has been reported in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. The person had recently traveled to Texas. While contagious, the person visited the Starbucks along South Eagle Road in Newtown between 10:50 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. on March 19. This is the first case of measles for Bucks County since 2017.

SUMMARY - There has been an official update from the Texas Department of State Health Services (TDSHS) concerning the Texas Measles Outbreak of 2025. There are 400 cases of measles in Texas, with Gaines county remaining in 1st place (270), followed by Terry county in 2nd (38). Lubbock leapfrogs into 3rd (23) with Yoakum in 4th (15) and Dawson settling for 5th (14). The next official update will be Tuesday (April 1, 2025).

The first case of measles in Shelby County has been confirmed by the Tennessee Department of Health.

SUMMARY - There has been an official update from the Texas Department of State Health Services (TDSHS) concerning the Texas Measles Outbreak of 2025. There are 422 cases of measles in Texas, with Gaines county remaining in 1st place (280), followed by Terry county in 2nd (41). Lubbock remains in 3rd at (23) with Yoakum in 4th (16) and Dawson still in 5th (14). The next official update will be Tuesday (April 4, 2025).

Staff member at Plainview elementary school in Texas tests positive for measles. It is said by the school district that this staff member was fully vaccinated and boosted for measles, which is concerning.
