SUMMARY - In the country of the United States (state of Alabama), the Fairhope West Elementary School has been forced to close through March 1, 2024 due to a "gastrointestinal outbreak." 774 students have been absent (although not all of them may be ill; some may just be avoiding the outbreak). A similar school, Fairhope East, has also been affected but not to the same extent.
