SUMMARY - Taken directly from the article (with comments): "Flu and COVID cases are continuing to rise, causing multiple schools to cancel classes due to a large amount of absences. Eula ISD as well as Early ISD cancelled classes for Tuesday and Wednesday. Both districts stated classes will resume Thursday, Jan. 30."

CONTEXT - "ISD" is an acronym that means "Independent School District." An independent school district is a school district that is governed by the state and not the town or county that it is in (hence, they are "independent"). "Early" is the name of the town and doesn't mean the word. The two school districts are in Abilene, Texas. That area of Texas is referred to as "Big Country" by locals.
