SUMMARY - In the country of Zambia, the Minister of Health has reported that there is currently 1,500 cases of conjunctivitis ("Pink Eye") in the country. The cases began appearing on March 7th of this year and that the majority of these cases are in the eastern part of the country. The minister urged citizens to not share towels, washcloths and eye make-up, along with not touching or rubbing near one's eyes.
