SUMMARY - In the country of Canada, Quebec's Director of Public Health has stated that there are currently 10 confirmed cases of measles. A majority of those cases were not due to traveling.

SUMMARY - There are 2 new measles cases in the Country of Canada, bringing the total number of known measles cases to 12. The new cases are in the city of Montreal.

A child has now died of measles in Ontario, Canada. This is the first measles death there in over a decade.
