This is a good study on how even just a mild case can lead to Long Covid issues. Remember, you do not need to be hospitalized with covid to get Long Covid and you can still get it even if vaccinated and boosted.

Al Roker is a good example. He initially had claimed to have a Mild case and now has the micro blood clots and probably some long covid issues.
