Former West Bengal Finance minister Amit Mitra tested positive for Covid on Monday, July 15th 2024. He was hospitalized after testing positive for covid, as he also has the flu at the same time. As far as I can see, this is his 1st case of Covid. Currently, he is 76 years old.
