SUMMARY - An influx of ten Covid-19 patients at Letterkenny University Hospital in the nation of Ireland is being described as an "outbreak," exacerbating a fraught situation at the hospital which is also dealing with an extremely high number of emergency room visits. Officials state that 205 people visited the emergency department on Monday (October 21st) with an additional 155 people doing so on Wednesday (October 23rd). Officials have warned the public not to visit the hospital if they have any respiratory symptoms or have had contact with someone who has COVID-19.
