Title: Ireland - Covid-19 cases up almost double from prior week

SUMMARY - The HSE (Health Services Executive, Ireland's publicly funded healthcare system) has reported that Covid-19 cases in the country have almost doubled over the past week, from 144 cases to 282 this week.
