SUMMARY - A study from Umea University in Sweden has concluded that people who have experienced a Covid-19 infection have a 12-fold increase risk of atrial fibrillation, a 5-fold increase in paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia and a 3-fold increase in bradyarrhythmias. The risk is higher in the elderly, unvaccinated persons and people with severe Covid-19 infections.
