SUMMARY - The nation of Zimbabwe has imposed restrictions in an attempt to curb the spread of Cholera. Cases currently span all 10 provinces in the nation, with the provinces of Masvingo and Manicaland being the epicenter during this current outbreak. More than 100 people have been killed in the country since February 2023 from the illness. Restrictions imposed includes limiting the number of people who attend funerals, not serving meals at such events and preventing hand-shaking. Cholera is a water-borne disease caused mainly through ingesting contaminated water & food.
