Title: Masks are back at Upstate Medical hospitals - New York State

SUMMARY - Both hospitals operated by an organization called 'Upstate Medical' in New York State have re-instated mandatory masking in all clinical locations and 'strongly recommended in non-clinical locations.' Covid testing is also being required again for all patients being admitted. The reasons cited is in increase in staff sickness as well as an increase in patients having Covid-19.
