SUMMARY - The Federal Trade Commission is sending a total of more than $1 million to fully refund people who bought deceptively marketed face masks made by a company called "Razer" during the COVID-19 pandemic, the agency announced on Monday. The company marketed a product called the "Razer Zephyr" which was advertised as being the equivalent of an N95-complaint mask which was not true.
