(This is a pathetic performance of utter stupidity and that's being nice about it. This behavior of doing stuff while sick and the nonchalant attitude that some people seem to have about it is hurtful. I'm not sure what is sicker the fact she is gagging and performing sick on stage or the non caring viewers and nonchalant comments after the video)
These people are sick and its nasty and really dumb scary to spew germs so publicly with one another. People aren't being safe or handling the responsibly for the sick person and for those it possibly spreads to. Illness make people suffer often times for no good reason and it is unhealthy and life threatening for many.
Illnesses are NOT good or something we as a society want to be complacent about. Please protect yourselves from all forms of illnesses for the sake of yourself and others. Covid, airborne illnesses, and other diseases and illnesses are no joke and are not to be dismissed lightly by most people who have a natural aversion to pain, suffering and even death.
We wish Lola Young a proper medical diagnosis if she hasn't had one, successful recovery, and more precautions and preventative measures that will protect her, her contacts and those around her in the future.

Masked man's caveat to sick performers when seeking medical treatment and warning to doctors and nurses about hosting gatherings for the sick...
While we commend you for calling off and staying home due to illness musician, and regular people often seek medical care in public.. in public at healthcare facilities.. we must make these places safer.
We commend people who are ill for staying at home... next step in civilization is teach doctors and nurses to make the places where sick people gather to seek medical attention safer for all!
(Ya don't take all your sick animals that aren't even diagnosed yet and put them together without any precautions such as masking in a waiting room and if you are sick ya don't go maskless to gather in a sick gathering.. while seeking medical treatment take precautions! Doctors and nurses should 'orchestrate' this(... its just plum crazy and downright unscientific to the Masked Man to know there's sick unmasked undiagnosed people in pain in these waiting rooms.. Being the Masked Man, I haven't caught any airborne disease or illnesses in five years since masking and taking other precautions)

tsk tsk I think I'll skip paying tribute to this particular artist .. I don't even care for the name of the event: "governor's ball"!? Just the name of this event makes me cringe. They should cancel the entire event.
Today I have to to take loved one for doctor appointment to healthcare facility that might or might not mask for me upon request for their 79 year old patient whom is my loved one
... I wish the governor would mandate masking at healthcare facilities instead of holding the governor's ball or condoning such an event that is affiliated with someone who is supoussed to hold high office and represent governing of people. What a ridiculous name "governor's ball". I protest the name of this event. Its not very professional to affiliate governor or the name governor with partying.
Imagine if this singer goes to the doctor's office maskless or that. doctor's office doesn't make their patients like him mask and that's what I face this morning. Pure terror for me. I take my loved one in to place where sick people are. This is one of the hardest things in my life. I shouldn't have to rely on luck or pray but I pray at least one-way masking works for my loved on's sake around what I consider monsters and monstrous lack of prevention at healthcare facilities where sick people supposedly get treated.
That's the one thing they don't talk about.. where the sick people go and that includes these performers.. they go to healthcare when they are sick to get diagnosis.
I am caregiver of my loved one. Like last doctor's visit, I will simply get between the maskless with my safety mask/respirator on and Say "we prefer you wear mask for my loved one" snd if they don't I'll have to pull her out of there. That's all I can do out of clear conscience and reason me being of sound mind and body and understanding how airborne illnesses are passed.
UPDATE: okay we are back home.. yeah it was tough,, the waiting room is bad because ya know there's someone coughing a bit in the corner and the chairs are probably dirty.. Lucky for us it was nothing but paperwork for receptionist this time around... the first receptionist wore a mask because we were and she knew in advance from phone call we informed.. but second nurse handling paperwork I reminded her twice in a real quiet voice we preferred her to wear a mask. There was a sign on receptionist window said masks should be worn around and for immunocompromised or people with respiratory problems so I pointed to that. Still its murder in the waiting room for sure. Super hard to protect people. Super hard to be a protector.

I can't even tell you how crazy people appear to me the Masked Man who hasn't so much as caught a cold much less covid in five years because I mask to hear someone stifling their coughs in the corner... I can hear their pain ..God wear mask! That's plum crazy to a healthy masked man to know there's a sick unmasked person across the room after Ive got a clean slate for five years of no airborne illness and Ive got a 79 year old loved one who is also masked with me!
I hosed down and sprayed my masked loved one's hands and clothes with my rubbing alcohol a to to kill germs as well at office..I sprayed the waiting room chair a lot with rubbing alcohol.. then we threw clothes in wash taking mask off last and took shower when getting home

"Although Mason had hoped to return to the road with spring and summer tour dates after recovering from the procedure related to his heart condition, he came down with a “severe infection in March, which he has been courageously battling ever since,” the statement added.
Inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2004 as a founding member of Traffic, Mason wrote and sang two of the band’s best-known songs, “Feelin’ Alright?” and “Hole in My Shoe.”

A member of the rock band KANSAS is opening up publicly about his recent cancer diagnosis.
KANSAS announced on social media on Thursday, Feb. 20 that Ronnie Platt, who plays the keyboard and acts as a vocalist in the band, has thyroid cancer.
“I met with my doctor today and found out I have surgery scheduled for March 4,” Platt said. “So far, the prognosis has been very good. I’m looking forward to getting this behind me and being back in the saddle as soon as possible. I appreciate the outpouring of support I’ve been receiving. Thank you.”

Brian Setzer has issued an update on his health after the influential rockabilly icon announced an autoimmune disease had left him unable to play the guitar.
In February, the Stray Cats Gretsch guitar loyalist posted a statement to social media, in which he confirmed he’d been diagnosed with an autoimmune disease after first noticing the effects of his condition while on tour.

I'm a music performer in private but not in public... The stock market is in trouble today.
I just lost like 20,000 dollars or 30,000 dollars from the stock market I was toying with but who cares... I cut my losses because I wear a mask and never have any doctor bills.
I could easily lose 20,000 bucks in a hospital if I went around not being careful and not masking so what's money compared to health?...money is of no value if ya get sick... another thing is viruses aren't helping.. sick people and people with long term repercussions such as long covid aren't going to contribute to the workforce as much. Performers aren't going to help the recession if people are getting sick who attend these mass events that are held by the performers mentioned in this thread.

...its just bizarre we pray for a guy that either doesnt know what he's got wrong with him or wan't say for insurance reasons!? I just don't get it..is it contagious .. are we ashamed of what their illness is? Are we hiding the illness so it won't hurt others..it as mysterious as the ocean. Or do we just not know what is wrong? I don't know it just weird. find out what is wrong with Scotty and make sure others aren't infected... I guess we can pray but we need to find out what is wrong first and try to take care of him before asking God's help..lol
..whatever you do for heaven's sakes we are reaching record influenza highs so on Sunday don't pray in a church of full of maskless elderly people right now please because you'll make influenza escalate under those conditions. If you want to help people discourage people you love from congregating so closely together that they make one another sick! (there's all sorts of school closures and flu and influenza challenges right now) If I were Scotty's press agent I would try educate others to protect themselves because Scotty's isn't the only case of mysterious illness right now by far. Its hard to believe this isn't declared a statewide emergency from all the school closers and hospital statements in the recent news. This should be a reality check... Interesting to note the age groups. The latest batch of sick ones are all kind of young.. or else I'm getting old :) Either way as usual it is interesting to see how frail their health is, what their attitude is, and if it's contagious or not at their age and which ones are willing to share information about their illnesses and challenges. (I must be getting old they call me a four star senior ..I'm a Sr. Member now I rarely recognize any of these new baby faced performers ;D )
In all seriousness I love keeping on eye on people that are in the public eyes because it's just different hearing from a famous person rather than hearing about when regular people get sick,, its like a different dynamic. It's almost political the way performers get sick or rather they act politically correct when they get sick. Their reactions and statements are interesting to note. Its simply interesting how the news reports these illnesses and what they performers say or don't say I find interesting.

P.S. if the superstars are sick and they aren't telling us what it is ..is it contagious? and also if the stars are getting sick then imagine all the fans all packed like sardines at the coliseums. All this means society has a major problem admitting it has a healthcare crises. Again if rich superstars are sick then the average people they are playing to are probably also suffering and in a health crisis.
For every superstar that is sick how many regular people out in the audience are also sick? We have to ask ourselves these questions and make provisions and not just act like tough old birds or macho men like these mystery illnesses are no big deal. Its not just about one person. Never underestimate the repercussions and ramifications these illnesses and diseases impact on one another!
Today they 'pull the plug' on my uncle who had walking pneumonia and took a turn for the worst. I am not afraid to say a masked way of life surely would have prolonged his life and I believe that is the truth. If you don't catch an airborne disease because of a mask then your chances at a longer healthier life are greater. If you don't catch a disease or virus and you are older or younger for that matter you have a better chance at living longer. We must watch out for one another if we want to defend ourselves from microscopic entities at hand in modern society right now and I am glad to be here to share with you my ideas. I still recommend being creative from home given today’s technology making it possible to be musicians and artists and entertainers and even politicians who are literate enough to write what they speak to work from home rather than drawing crowds and scores of people together nowadays. I highly recommend distant remote learning and collaboration online… it’s more eloquent and exact to write things down and share through today’s technology in my experience. One can reach more people through social media and it’s safer given today’s health crises/ challenge situation.
To me oral person to person talk is cheap. The pen is mightier than the award .. or umm rather the sword and the Internet collaboration is also mighty indeed! Use today’s technology to share! :)

Its about time we as America start making a collective efforts to start finding out what these mysterious illnesses are if not just to simply protect these fallen stars.
..it would be wise to know publicly by those in the public if it's contagious or not at least for the sake of their own family members and whoever is close to them and perhaps to even prevent unnecessary outbreaks within their own loved one's roofs. It just makes them look bad being so ignorant, dismissive, irresponsible or downright secretive about their mysterious illnesses when it affects so many other lives as well. It's just a given that nobody wants to get sick and perhaps even die because of reckless behavior on the part of people trying to work while sick or uphold contracts for money.
Its always the same old story people try to work when they are sick and they always think maybe they will just get better..meanwhile they probably make others sick while they are doing this. That's the problem with people that feel like they are getting sick... they simply spread it. They don't think of who or what families they spread it to and they don't apologize to who they probably got sick. They are lucky we can't determine who made who sick like we determine hereditary family charts.. could they live with how many people actually got sick? They can't think that far ahead evidently its not their problem or in the scope of their moral compass. The impact of how many people get sick from the cause and effect and the chain reaction of people who try to work even though they feel they might be sick is too hard for their little grey cells to grasp. People can do more to help prevent disease and illness but it does require effort and willpower and courage,
I hate to say it but anybody not able or at liberty to disclose what their illness they have is not a star but rather a slave to a an imperfect system or cult. The true real people are the everyday superstars and heroes of this world and they are at liberty to share what ills them in this society. It is noble thing to say with honesty and be able to publicly disclose at will "oh Ive got this or that and its contagious or its not and here is what we know about this illness or disease thus far and here is what I am doing about it". We aren't doing anybody any good by not talking about what ills us in this world. That's not freedom.
Its just childish that in the dawning of covid and in todays age an array of other contagious diseases that are challenging us all that people in the public and superstars with all the great technology and inventions we have at our disposal can't seem to tell us what their mysterious illnesses are...

I dare ya to tell us what your illness is..I double, triple, and quadruple dare ya! Sound like a an unorthodox novel way of addressing illness? It is. Get with the program and use the latest technology to determine what illnesses you are carrying people!

...with advice like that any fool with an ounce of sense or ability to reason can see they should wear a MASK and have others MASK around them as well if they think they are sick nowadays. If they advise you to cover your mouth and wash your hands and clean surfaces then its just common sense to wear a mask when your feeling symptoms to protect others and for others to wear a mask to protect themselves because there is germs coming from your faces obviously!

Scorpions have postponed their 2025 Las Vegas residency in order for drummer Mikkey Dee to continue recovering from his recent sepsis battle.
It sounds like he was hospitalized but is now out of the hospital and recovering. The Residency was set to start in February, but now will start in August.

‘Eureka Day’ on Broadway cancels Jan. 14 performance due to illness.
The shows canceled was on January 14th 2024. The show is expected to resume just 1 day later on January 15th 2025 at 2pm

I have decided to do it again this year and this time we are starting from the start of the year not several months in so it is likely the list will be bigger this year.
