SUMMARY - The Africa Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has reported that over 4,000 new cases of Mpox has been detected on the continent within the past week. Totals for known Mpox cases for the year on the continent currently stands at 22,863 with 622 deaths.
NOTE - This thread is reserved for articles concerning Mpox for the entire continent of Africa or when multiple nations within the continent are mentioned but without significant distinction.
