Here I am again taking advantage of Data Report's site to push my masked way of life onto ya!
I'm a full-time masker outdoors outside my house. So far (probably because I mask and take lots of health precautions) Ive never been on the sick list of Data Report's 'List Of Performers Sick In 2026' tracking thread which is why I get to play here!
It has never been a better time to stay at home. Here's what one source of internet research says about playing music online:
"Musicians play online rather than onstage for virtual concerts, streaming sessions, or collaborative rehearsals, allowing them to reach global audiences from home, build community, and bypass traditional venue limitations, a trend accelerated by the pandemic but also a strategic choice for studio-focused artists or those preferring digital engagement over physical touring. This often involves livestreaming, creating pre-recorded videos, or using low-latency software to play together remotely, offering flexibility and direct fan connection without the pressure or logistics of a physical stage"
...That's music to my ears! So let's dive into the classical guitar world!
I got two pieces in a row to play for you from the safety of my den...
Lagrima (which I think is Spanish for "Tears")
by Francisco Tárrega (1852–1909) a pivotal Spanish composer and guitarist who revitalized the classical guitar, elevating it from a folk instrument to a concert instrument through his innovative teaching, compositions, and transcriptions of major works, ultimately becoming the "father of modern classical guitar
&
Allegro In A minor by Mauro Giuliani (1781–1829) was one of the most prominent guitar virtuosos and composers of the early 19th century, often referred to as the "Paganini of the Guitar"

We honor Martin Luther King Day Peace & Love,
so I will go on automatic pilot and play online for you to simply decompress and maybe share a message of peace .. so much stress in the world it's easy to find an excuse to play some music. As usual I don't go out public to play .. that doesn't not sound relaxing whatsoever to me so you re in luck as I simply stay here in my bedroom and jam for ya. It's fun to do completely spontaneous performances from home...
I feel like this song "Watching The Wheels" go by.. "Watching the Wheels" a single by John Lennon released posthumously in 1981, after his murder. 1975–1980, during which he retired from the music industry to concentrate on raising his son Sean
..an easy song for me to identify with because I feel like living outside the rat race .. I tend to glamorize being a drop out and focusing on simple things as I feel society is a complicated mess right now and moves too fast for my tastes... ... lol so this was an easy song to feel and escape for awhile.. the US news is so bad the flu must be awful with RSV and covid continuing to loom..Ive got nothing to lose by torturing you with some singing if you can stand it...
John Lennon was definitely into Peace and Love and also was sadly assassinated not unlike Martin Luther King

I definitely am not seeking fame or fortune or going out competing in the limelight with others. I encourage other musicians to do the same. Just jam out online! I'm not that great but at least I'm having a great time with ya...

Lets do that again but now I share with you some of the magic of being online.. Even though I am isolated (if you wanna call it that.. what some call isolation, I call heaven and peace) I still get to play with others! Not only that I get to play with all sorts of people..For instance in theis next one I am actually playing with some guy named Colin who is from the Worcester Ukulele Club so as you can see I don't have to leave the safety of my home to meet or play with other musicians as a matter of fact this guy sort of taught me how to play this song because He gave me the chords and music to this song online to play along.. all sorts of opportunities for musicians and artists to collaborate and learn from one another online remotely from the safety of their little home studios.. I'd say there are more opportunities to be had and more longevity as an artist or musician or thinker by sinking back into the comforts of one's own chair and home and being creative online...
Now I sing it with Colin of the Worcester Ukulele Club! Ive never sang with anybody from Worcester before so I gotta admit it's pretty awesome for a guy like me hiding out in the mountains to get to sing with some ukulele playing dude who lives across the seas on the other side of the world!
So to celebrate diversity and hopefully harmony, another Martin Luther King theme and message we get to freely sing with a guy from another country! (I don't get tariffed or nothing for singing with this guy from another country..neither of us got tariffed for singing this song! ;) I get to sing with Colin from across the seas!...

Hope you enjoy my Pro Mask Music Concerts for Maskers out there! Mask For Airborne Diseases & Stay In Play it Safe From Your Home Concerts!
It only goes to show how we can share stuff we love online and simply have a grand old time online! Please be safe and share what you love online and remotely! To me it always better to live with what they call 'cabin fever' than to risk having a real fever.
Peace,
The Masked Man
P.S.
I'm trying to save some of these old rock star's lives.. Don't care what others think but I think my favorite musicians need to stay at home and write music and be creative from home studios and stay off the stage! That way they would live longer and produce more neat music for us. I don't see why they are onstage its just goofy because it ceases to be creative... it would be so much cooler to see these old rock stars be healthier and do work from there home studios and share online and maybe get ten to twenty more years of creative recorded music out of them I could listen to rather than watch them dance around singing the same old stuff. It would be so much better to hear some studio work that's creative. I bet they could produce some incredible music if they just stayed off the stage and worked from their own studios! Stay at home and write and compose some new stuff incorporate your music with neat videos and get creative take advantage!
As Usual
Be safe, if you must go out wear an n95 mask, otherwise stay home brothers and sisters.
I prefer to stay at home and jam from my bedroom for ya hoping you will share what you love, what interests you, and always try to work out problems and even your feelings remotely and creatively online!
For me I always get a thrill jamming and messing with music for ya online! Thank you for letting me share safe online fun in the face of todays challenges. :) I don't like goin out there.. it's a hassle to me.. more fun is to be had from inside my home!
I don't understand why there is so much hurt in the world. I don't see the sense in half the stuff I'm seeing on the news today. There's got to be better ways of working things out than what I see. You catch more flies with honey anyway so I don't understand the violence on the news I'm seeing. Many of us don't choose violence or force to work out conflicts and its hard for many of us to witness all we see on the news right now. That's all I have to say for now and I bet a lot of people agree with me. Anyway my heart goes out to all victims of violence regardless of political views. I detest human suffering in any shape size or form. I hate viruses so therefore I hate violence too! On that note I most musicians don't have any problems with peaceful interaction..
.. why is that? Is it because all we music lovers share music from the heart and we are busy trying to simply not hit the wrong notes? Maybe there is something to be learned from today's troubadours and artists when it comes to peaceful conflict resolution. I sure did enjoy playing with that ukulele player, Colin, from Worcester! What a wonderful evening!
We all have our ways of decompressing, relaxing and finding our 'zen zone' or whatever so I hope everybody finds their inner bliss this weekend and I hope everybody gets to hopefully stay home sweet home safe and sound! Maybe there's a little message of hope & peace in there for somebody out there that likes music & the arts, & meaningful online activity for whatever reason or rhyme there is to it.
For now I leave you with a healthy protest amongst musicians link..

"Alberta" a traditionally a blues tune I think but I've souped it a bit with electric guitar in my own style

...That guitar in my video reminds me of 2020 and the first time I started masking and why I choose a healthy masked way of life...
…This is my five dollar electric guitar from a second hand store! Get a load of this.. I Bought a little guitar part for it: a tone control unit/knob for it in 2020 remembering that day we were at some bakery wrapping something up with the business owner because we had a farmers market bakery and were dealing with the bakery...
…I remember the Bakery lady’s kid was sick supposedly with a tic disease but there was something in the back of my mind that simply suspected the lady might be lying..
I don’t know why I thought she might be lying maybe she was behaving oddly and maybe she may have not known herself and maybe her kid had some sort of flu and then across the street was a music store. I remember thinking “I'll just stand far away from the guy in the music store when I buy this little 7 dollar guitar part because covid was just hitting China big time and maybe it was rumored to enter my country in the USA ..
All I know is that day something inside my gut instinct said “F this! I don’t like this feeling of no control .. I wanna take control and I don’t wanna get sick” … I’m gonna wear a Mask! I’m not going to be a submissive victim! I’m not just going to let people make me sick with this new weird disease!
So that day was the last store I ever went inside to buy anything ever in about six years and I’ve been masking for six years ever since.
Something in me said “I just can’t live like that! I can’t live wondering if I’m gonna get sick every time the others are getting sick..I have a loved one who is older than me.. I don’t wanna them to get sick either.. what if this new disease has long term repercussions? I thought to myself.. it just ain’t worth risking” … and so from that day forward Ive been a masker.
I used to have asthma/allergies and had to receive treatments as a child.. I don't have amnesia about that experience I had living with a respiratory illness therefore I chose to mask to prevent reliving anything like that asthma & allergies that I used to have. After that childhood ordeal of living with a respiratory problems, seems quite reasonable and natural for a man of my experience to mask up to prevent prospective respiratory viruses such as covid as well as all airborne illness and airborne diseases....
...I actually wear a mask because I am a hedonist that seeks a life of pleasure. You see since the mask actually decreases risks and decreases actual illnesses it also helps negate the pain, discomfort, and suffering illness (including chronic illness) bring. Since illness and chance of illness is reduced this in turn reduces anxiety which is also important for sense of wellbeing, therefore the mask enhances the pleasures in my life by negating many pains and even worries in life. So I wear a mask because it negates many ills, pains, and anxiety allowing me to live with the most pleasures possible.
I don’t miss public gatherings or standing in lines shopping for things I could simply have delivered to me.. I don’t miss going out at all not one bit. We order everything in advance and in bulk.. it’s a much better life been doing this and masking for six years now and it’s awesome!
… funny how I never forget that last day I was unmasked and how I never wanna be that helpless or weak again ever .. and how I decided to never put myself in that position again.. . For me the day I chose to mask was like taking matter into my own hands..It is my right to defend myself& it was like most of society was a cult mostly maskless members just willing to be complacent about a virus..I didn't like the weakness, the helplessness and that inability for people to defend themselves that I was seeing in the maskless people...To me it was like maskless people weren't willing to put up fight to even defend themselves.. I'm not like. I'm different. I wanted to rebel and fight with everything possible against catching covid for I knew in my heart it would carry long term repercussions to catch this virus. It was like a a cult that I had to break away and say NO! THIS IS MY BODY I will protect it as I see fit with a mask even if that's not popular with others! I will not just allow a virus into my life when others are! I'm not going to pretend everything will be okay and I am going to make efforts not to catch the virus.. it was then I decided to mask. I haven't caught covid and have been masking ever since! I am glad I haven't caught covid and don't have to worry as much about the long term repercussions of catching a novel disease. It feels good to be a masker! Nice ‘n’ safe!
Having gotten into the habit of always publicly masking is like not being an alcoholic or being hooked on drugs in a sense because you aren’t a slave to illness. You wake up knowing you aren’t sick and don’t have to pursue treatments or more drugs… Masking is even like living off the grid in that a masked person doesn't have to deal with the crud a maskless person has to. When covid era hit it was a good incentive to mask and it stuck with me ,,again it really boils down to having discipline and control..The Mask allows me to control whether I get sick or not in this world.
The Masked Man is off the illness grid! These illnesses, the money , the time and the treatments add up for many of us..it can knock you out financially overnight being sick... we'd don't get paid back for getting sick. Being sick will put you in debt and in the poor house or even onto the streets. Some of us can't afford to miss a week or two of anything.
Not too mention who wants to deal with risks of long term repercussions or deal with an illness on top of preexisting illnesses or problems we already have? You got a little problem and then get covid or pneumonia on top of that you might not even live. It's just easier to mask rather than worry. Then if you have a loved one .. you don't want them infected as I am sure they have enough problems as we all do...I'd never sleep if I didn't mask with all the crud going down nowadays.
Not only do I mask for myself I also am masking for others so I don't make my loved ones sick. I am a caregiver to person who is 77 and I don't think she deserves any contagious illnesses whatsoever..we have everything we need like indoor pets, music, dancing, food, masked walks outdoors... I'm pretty happy with the health we have.. I just wanna maintain it.
…Masking makes me stronger and more independent that way.. masking just frees you of perils and troubles .. For me masking is a powerful tool and it’s really helped me dodge a lot of unhealthy problems others have not been so lucky to dodge.
Anyway I am well & I always get a thrill rocking out for ya online!
Keep On Rocking!

...and I nominate the Nobel Peace prize go to inventor of N95 mask! photo attached...After all these years you were and you are right ..haven't been sick in six years of N95 masking..thanks brother, for protecting me, my loved ones and my hedonistic lifestyle with your life saving scientifically proven invention; the mighty empowering apparatus that filters out the particles of the problem... some tools just stand up to the test of time.

P.S. Its just a fact that Holidays and Christmas's can be really hard on a lot of people. Be good to yourselves & Be easy on yourselves and be easy on each other! Don't overdo it. ;)

Been a rough week of worrying mostly. Let's just admit it, Holidays can be rough.
Mostly stressed out by things I have to do ..gotta get X-ray for loved one at hospital soon(we mask but its still stressful worrying others there don't take enough precautions)... car's not up to date with everything.. worried about catching viruses at hospital but we will be masked.. but I tell ya it's just darn scary when others aren't as careful. Just seems like the world is struggling and we sense it.
Today In December I saw a short video of Data Report and I thought he came down with illness today https://youtube.com/shorts/6EZ6tU49D2w?si=5IHHuUk3pd7JXXRX
...Now I realize that was in November but just thinking Data Report was sick today was super hard too and added to my stress! I went through a couple days thinking yet another good soul was ill... Glad he's okay!
I slept all day.. just woke up grumpy and worried about everything and everybody. Wind blew all day gusts up to 50 Mph cold! Brrrrr.. but no trees fell on anything and the shingle I worked on recently up on the roof didn't fly away. whew so I should be grateful!
Masked Woman's Gall bladder stones acted up for awhile but she's okay now and soon she is having operations. It's just scary. I'm worried about her catching something at the hospital. We are doing are best to communicate our needs.
I laid there on bed with loved one until she felt better from gall bladder stone. Whew we all have days and challenges and my troubles are very few compared to others. I got through the day. Fed the cats and dogs..learned I can play checkers online from my phone for relaxation and I rehearsed a little in my mind how surgery trip will go and how I will try to envision myself not so nervous.
Sometimes everyone probably feels like there's never enough time..these are the normal up's and downs I suppose.. Anyway it could be much worse for me..a lot of people face far worse.. I should be thankful and let's pick up that guitar and play! and since I am well, let's try to do a weekend performance just to decompress or reduce stress or whatever... I just want everybody to be safe this holiday..That's all I want for Christmas...
It feels like its been awhile since Ive jammed ...might be rusty... so here's goes nothing... Let's try a little hopping Blues In A

Well, we are coming up onto the weekend and onto Halloween
Let's face it or not face it by wearing a mask, weekends and holidays often include pressure for people to hold gatherings and risky exposure to contagious illness. If you are like me you'll enjoy staying safe at home celebrating creatively in your own sweet way. Try not to get depressed as holidays bring a lot of people down. Then again I believe it might just be better to live through some depression and just allow it rather than kid ourselves...
...In this day and age I'd say it's often better to endure cabin fever than get a real fever.
A word on depression,
When I get depressed nowadays I just go with it figuring it is healthier to go ahead and live through it rather than try too numb it away with booze, drugs, or anything like partying or socializing in public .. I just play some blues if I have too and leave it that.
Regardless, Seek help if you ever feel like doing yourself in ,are suicidal, or feel like hurting others. For me, the older I get I'd rather just feel the depression and survive it than deny its reality and cover it up with anything. What works for me might not work for everybody, while some depression is considered normal some depression is very bad. For me the older I get the more I realize that some of my blues are healthier for me to simply live with than trying all the stuff advertised to beat it with or cover it up with. I didn't feel that way when I was younger but now I feel most the time if I get down it is not the end of the world and its okay for me to simply feel bad and that having bad moods and depression can be somewhat of a natural thing and is not completely void of merit or usefulness.
For me, Ive felt comfortable riding through depressions and the gamut of moods figuring they make me a more whole person for having experienced them. For me, I simply function better in the long run by allowing myself to experience depression and a gamut of moods and feelings. For me I consider some anger to be healthy as long as it doesn't hurt anybody and I find certain kinds of depression somewhat healthy and normal and serves some purpose so long as depression doesn't escalate to something totally chronic and severe.
Note of caution: Keep in mind depression is a serious problem for many people and can definitely be dangerous. I'm not advising or telling anybody what to do if they are depressed .. seek a professional consultation by all means .. by the way there are some wonderful Telehealth online solutions available where I once participated online therapy without ever leaving home.
This seeking help for depression is a serious issue because many of us who take rigorous precautions against catching covid and other airborne illness often feel stigmatized by society. We maskers tend to avoid group settings and we tend to isolate ourselves. To me it would be rare to find a therapist who is nearly as rigorous as me insofar as guarding one's health. There aren't a lot of those right now that embrace the masked way of life as I do. There are those of us that believe a pandemic and its repercussions last longer than one year and there of of those of us such as myself that believe in not being the prey of the vicious cycle of new variants and the other airborne illness that are proven to be circulating amongst us. Not everybody believes or wants to believe in the microscopic entities that are currently at play according to the wastewater and the scientists microscope. Therefore to weed out the anti maskers and those ignorant of how bad these viruses really are, I think online therapy and communication is ideal for those such as myself seeking someone to talk to or to seek for therapeutic reasons.
I probably keep my spirits up by doing things like sharing my music from the safety of my own home. This is smart given the risks are different nowadays than they used to be. Protect yourselves or rather defend yourselves from all the crap that is going down in the world by avoiding conflict, keeping to yourselves, and not catching airborne illness by taking precautions such as masking in public... There's enough problems in the world...
...I know I am personally much better off socializing and sharing things I love remotely online. I love focusing on the music and playing music from my bedroom just as much as anything.
Here I am almost 19 minutes of me jamming out on some guitar jazz for you having the time of my life performing some jazz!

Its Saturday night. On Friday, my loved one just returned from a local doctor routine yearly exam/ checkup.
Everything looks good! My loved one and I masked up as usual for this event.
We've been masking publicly since 2020, My loved one is 77 soon to be 78 years old and hasn't had a single airborne illness since 2020.
Nothing spells airborne illness/disease exposure like a visit to the doctor's office and waiting room. Its nasty and stupid. I hear somebody painfully coughing their head off in the waiting room..except for us, everybody is completely maskless in waiting room and receptionists who share writing utensils with undiagnosed patients are exposing themselves. Fortunately our doctor masked for us and I told a nurse or two we preferred them to mask and they did...
...anyway we all know the hypocrisy of maskless healthcare world that takes an oath to protect one another from illnesses.. contagious airborne illnesses... we all know the countless stories about people getting sick from where sick people gather to get diagnosed and treated for various illnesses. The chances of getting exposed to someone with an airborne illness is more than likely in a doctor's office or hospital than most anywhere.
Simply wondering if the very chair you or your loved ones are sitting is was inhabited by a very ill person is terrorizing enough much less listening to their coughing in the waiting room or having to walk through a narrow so-called healthcare hallway with gauntlet of maskless people such as a big bearded delivery guy at the reception window or to feel the draft of those walk by who have worked hands on with sick people is terrifying to us masked patients seeking a mere doctor checkup. To walk past her old maskless disheveled doctor that had a awkward smile on his ghost -like face in the hallway while in our masks was bizarre and risky. It's no wonder we used a newer doctor that showed more willingness to mask. We masked were smarter and safer than them all. It was even weird to see the nurse who just cared for us maskless amongst the maskless in the receptionists area. Very precarious indeed. The maskless are like ghosts..it just feels like the maskless people's days are numbered and eventually, sooner or later, the contagions will whittle them down like long covid has done to this society.
Its not the same as it was when I was growing up as a child nothing rivals the challenges we face today in the present...my habitat my environment is not the same as it was in days of old..new microscopic entities are at play.. Covid and long covid is not finished and has many more victims. Variants still forming still mutating ..covid and its outbreaks simply havent ceased and many airborne illnesses that were almost eradicated have reestablished themselves to our dismay amongst are high speed globe trotting peers and amidst climate change. Even nonhuman animals are affected with these afflictions.. Given these facts and figures I embrace and chose the mask to protect me as it definitely is a smart day and age not to take chances and definitely smart to mask and chose not to breathe in microscopic entities in this day and age.
I would have expected more for me the Masked Man and a masked 77 year old woman for a mere doctor checkup. I made sure all those who breathed or touched us masked for us but this is shocking the I should have to be their instructor considering the facts and figures available to us all about airborne illnesses including the insidious nature of covid and the reign of long covid.
Anyway my heart goes out to the masked people and masked ones who are my heroes that have to work or live with people that go maskless in pubic and it's like torture to have to be around anyone who needlessly exposes themselves to viruses given the fact that many virus's carry long term health repercussions that diminish the quality of life for themselves and others later on down the road.
I will celebrate in advance with a little electric guitar music that my loved one and I were masked for the doctor's visit and we probably didn't get any germs or contract a virus despite obviously a person was having respiratory symptoms in the waiting room and obviously people with covid and other illnesses are asymptomatic for awhile. I am only assuming we are both safe because we were masked (washed clothes , took off our masks and showered when we got home and had made the doctors and nurses mask before working with us directly). We likely prevented airborne illness that we were needlessly exposed to in the waiting room or from contact with dirty surfaces.
Anyway it would have been a lot more pleasant if everyone took the preventative measures we took as one never knows for sure they haven't gotten an airborne disease from an exposure even though we wore our masks and did our part to protect them.. others didn't even try to protect us...I really resent being exposed to a virus from a bunch of dare I say sick morons coughing and sputtering in a doctor's office that don't have masks on...I really resent the nurse that gives me any signs they might be reluctant to mask for me and my loved one who stand before them already masked... that's sheer terror for me.. it makes sense to be scared of viruses.. and its not fair others don't protect themselves...I certainly don't want to take care of people who don't protect themselves and get sick... You really have keep that mask snug and secure, carry a lot of disinfectant and defend yourself. It's tough but you can do it!
Time to celebrate the mask that probably saved our life from "Friday's doctor office exposure to illness day"...
Here's some music and here's to those of you that wear a mask to save lives! Keep up the good fight masked crusaders! Those who use and wear the safety mask are my heroes! There's not enough of you!

P.S. Just a note on this endeavor to stay safe.. It ain't easy! Its not a perfect situation whatsoever... The cats just peed upstairs in the wrong place .. I am far from perfect. I get lazy with other things in my life. I have given up many conveniences. I can't just have people over to help fix things I don't really keep up with all maintenance because of the threat and very real possibility of catching covid or another airborne illness. It can be very traumatic attempting to live free from viruses. I definitely make sacrifices to stay safer and many people probably hate me for that and that's okay. There is fear, anger, frustration, and resentment involved in this gamut naturally. Ya can't have everything all the time you, he, she, and they want it.. Its definitely not an easy task to stay safe... I definitely respect and commend those who are attempting to try to stay safe.

Have to play some electric guitar to celebrate the fact my loved one and I masked and stayed masked during a hospital visit on Friday. It's now Tuesday evening and we feel great and that's a great sign our masks worked because people usually get sick after a few days after exposure to airborne illnesses. We feel great and had a wonderful masked walk today and yesterday!
In tribute to our masks which saves our hides here's some electric guitar I happily played a few minutes ago from the safety of my little home studio that Data Report Info forum can rock to...
Southern Rock in E

What i did while playing is mix in some double stops or double notes.. that is two notes at once but because I fingerpick I get some stuff pick players often don't play.. my double notes are spaced out further because I pluck with thumb and fingers more than most electric players allowing me to get creative with some harmony here and there along with arpeggio like banjo rolls from time to time ..and double stops sort of like chuck berry does only somewhat fatter sounding.. anyway I am pinching a couple notes trying to improvise with harmony notes with my right fingers a lot... I don't use a pick..
Here's yet another version when improvising

This is great we wore masks at hospital heard some hospital staff worker coughing their head off down the hallway, we made the nurses that weren't wearing masks wear one, and our masks must have worked because we aren't sick!,
YES!! Nothing wrong with us ..we wore our masks and we aren't sick! This is great! I live another healthy day to rock out for ya! Keep on Rocking!

So my local sheriff once put an end to some horrible after football game party/raves/drunken riots that were occurring at one house on my otherwise very quiet street and so I became friends with sheriff and he is fan of my music and also knows about my masked way of life.. I send him my little online music concerts every holiday because I know the sheriff plays piano in his spare time to relax.
So Sheriff writes me to warn me of the chaos created by upcoming gatherings and festivals:
"Dear Masked Man
Ready for winter? Lots of beans in the jar.
Take care - don’t forget this weekend is:
• Final “Art in the Park” - Blowing Rock
• AppState Homecoming - ASU vs. Coastal Carolina
• Valle Crucis “Valle Country Fair”
• Wooly Worm Festival
• X series race in Wilkesboro (Speedway)
• Leaf Lookers
Total traffic nightmare/gridlock.
Play that mean guitar and stay in with plenty of snacks and food (cause you and the rest of us are going nowhere)!
Later, my friend.
**n **g**n, Sheriff
W*tauga County, NC"
Masked Man writes back to sheriff:
"The only time I touch a wooly worm is to place it aside so I can chop wood as seen in this video!

I tell the sheriff to be careful ..I tell him about an N95 mask that has an exhale valve that might be of benefit to him and his team
Then I write him about how I got started on guitar and give him a little classical guitar concert:
"My electric guitar stuff is actually a relatively new endeavor that really only began when the pandemic first broke out around 2020 ..
Originally I started out as a classical guitarist. I love the classical guitar because it sounds good all by itself.. Beethoven called the classical guitar a miniature orchestra.. I dare say if it weren't for the classical guitar women probably wouldn't take me in and support me like they have...lol.. all walks of life tends to love the classical guitar. In the past Ive tested this out and hands down all people tend to love the sound of classical guitar
Let's see if I can still play classical guitar.. I'm rusty but I'll just play through about 12 minutes or so of mistakes"
Let's try to play some classical guitar

I dedicate these next little electric guitar performances to those seemingly rare individuals that stay safe at home, out of the limelight and especially to those that mask outdoors and in public because they are smart like me.
Smart equals safe in my book so here's a little Jazz, Swing, and Blues festivity from the safety of my little den packed of books, music instruments and a little dog named Scamp that's always happily sleeping in my chair. This music is for those that go the extra mile to safeguard and rid themselves themselves against the perils and pitfalls of todays challenging airborne viruses.
Please wear safety masks for me ...play it safe for yourselves and one another! I can't describe how wonderful it is having safeguarded my health by masking publicly over five years now knowing I can perform my music as free and happy as a bird tonight for you. Nothing is as precious as a light carefree body free of as much human suffering as possible... Keep on rocking and swaying through the thick and thin my friends at Data Report Info!

Hi, I am a masker in public and outdoors and like to dedicate my next couple performances to those that support their loved ones when it comes to masking and taking extra precautions to prevent viruses and living most comfortable because I never get sick and haven't gotten sick in over five years probably because of my masking and precautions.
My loved one and I walked several times masked of course on our street this week for health and then we danced in doors and we played music instruments. I am very fortunate to have a loved one who is of the same mind as me when it comes to staying safe. I am hoping by sharing online my experiences with taking precautions in this forum and some of the loves of my life such as music that those of you who also mask and take precautions against viruses feel as good as I do. I had a great week doing the things I love and being safe having taken precautions such as masking so I celebrate by jamming on my electric guitar for you.
I hope you are able to enjoy the things you love like walking and playing music and etc. and still be safe like me and my loved one as we continue to mask these days.
I like creating, writing, and jamming online in my room or house sharing online rather than in person. To me it just rocks. Its more personal doing things online. I love living this masked way of life sharing music and things I like online rather than face to face or at a mass gathering. To me people are just being socially needy when they have to go out shopping or celebrating in a mass gathering .. I'd rather see them share something online of themself that is creative or makes them individually happy.. I'm not much of a party guy..I like having good time at home playing it safe.. I'm more myself at home anyway...
So here's me enjoying my life ...Here's my latest stay safe at home weekend online music performances...

P.S. one of my goals is provide more psychological comfort to to those who wear safety masks and those who take extra precautions against airborne viruses. To me it’s good to make efforts such as masking and turning to online solutions in meeting social needs while encouraging behavior that leads to less illness and more wellbeing.

Masked Man the musicians public awareness message/challenge:
According to data and fact, I am losing my favorite musicians prematurely to airborne illness. Not only that, I have already lost so many of my favorite musicians already due to covid and/or airborne illnesses and diseases.
My message is" "Hey old musicians(and young wannabes and young musicians for that matter) stay safe in the recording studio and pass away not of covid or contagious airborne illnesses!"
Just look at "List of performers Sick"listed here at Data Report Info:
https://www.datareport.info/celebrity-health-news/list-of-performers-sick-in-2025/msg4053/?topicseen#new
Look throughout Data Report Info and time and time again covid, pneumonia, (That is just mentioning a mere fraction of the many contagious airborne viruses available to you out there) is actually killing the ones I love. Its totally necessary, in my mind, that we should not breathe in the virus or rub it into our membranes such when we touch our eyes and nose or share germs by sucking on our glasses stems or sharing cell phones ...
anyway this is my Masked Man public awareness message/challenge to my favorite rock stars and musical performers:
You need to stay fresh by isolating yourselves from the average wanna be's. Stay away from people. Stay at home and be creative from the safety of your own homes , studio or private dens. You are needed in the studio to record and to compose.. we have that technology now... you need to record more work and take advantage of performing online instead of going out before the masses and creating frivolous gatherings
I tell you this from the bottom of my heart because I love you.. I'd rather see you not catch covid or pneumonia etc. an die at 80 or 85 .. I'd rather see ya safe healthier for having taking health precautions and living creating music in the studio and even performing from the safety of your own homes well into the late nineties and even in the 100's.
C'mon great old musicians I wanna see you live at least in your 90-s to 100's rocking from your bedroom like me the Masked Man who never gets sick because he takes health precautions such as masking. Take some mask precautions and help prevent airborne diseases by not catching them which means more years of living playing music for us online!
I love musicians,
The Masked Man
-
Lots of sick of performers listed here at Data Report Info:
https://www.datareport.info/celebrity-health-news/list-of-performers-sick-in-2025/msg4053/?topicseen#new ... Just to mention a few that have illness Hank Williams Junior, The Who, Connie Smith, & Marty Stuart
Heck with that..We all wanna be famous but it aint wort being sick! ..stay at home ..wear a mask if you absolutely have to go out.. I'm playing music from my home for you!
Its another Saturday night.. I wear a mask outside my home and I am well so here's my little stay at home don't get sick wear a mask if you must go out awareness concert for data report info users
From the safety of my little bedroom studio,
Let's have some fun...

I still get to play music with others even though I stay at home...
In efforts to inspire musicians and artists and whoever to stay safe, to stay at home, and share things you love online...
I share with you how I get to play and correspond with other musicians online without having to make personal contact. You can do this with painters, writers, people who do arts and crafts, scholars, etc. without having to meet face to face in person.
Here is a musician who posts something called a 'backing track' online his name is Reinis Jaunais and here is a link to his backing track:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h2aZN3F5ZLo
... So I, the Masked Man who takes a lot of precautions and who doesn't leave my home still gets to play my music with others online .. here is an example of how I can still play guitar with other musicians...
"Dear Reinis Jaunais.
I played along to your backing track!
"Hi, you are amazing. Here's some videos of me trying to play along to your backing track. Thank you for giving us a backing track. I wear a mask in public and still take a lot of COVID precautions and so its a rare treat and honor to get to play with anybody so I got to play with you virtually online to your backing track.

Thanks again for your awesome backing tracks!,
Thanks,
Richard/The Masked Man"
P.S. I hope this helps serve as an example inspires and helps teach others how they too can share interests, hobbies, dreams, online and still stay safe at home more :)

Happy Fourth of July 2025
Musical Tribute to Doc Watson Fourth of July Special 2025 with Masked Man and his guitar (special guest virtual online appearance Sheriff H***an)
I create public awareness videos and musical productions to encourage masking and precautions. I discourage gatherings and encourage people to stay at home especially on holidays.
So I emailed my sheriff wishing him a happy and safe fourth of July
..I share my way of life in regards to masking ..I send public awareness messages that invite first responders and emergency workers to mask and safety precautions and send a video or two or some music wishing his team safety and happiness every holiday . Sheriff helped me and my street out when he helped put and end tp some totally out of control post football game parties/raves that were taking place on my street...Sheriff plays piano for relaxation and so I send him music. I use him like a therapist when I have something on my mind and try to send messages of respect and happiness to him basically. He shares a little ..he served in war so on memorial day I sent him some navy song...
I talked a bit about me and my loved one.. the Hurricane flood, the pandemic and how it used to be before all that on my street just sharing my way of life before and after . At one point he asked me about the construction on my street and what all the construction signs were for.. so I told him all about the construction stuff and at the end of email said he was going to request county send a building inspector to one neighbor who needs it.. anyway by the end of my email of me just babbling a lot I also found I was singing and creating music at same time so I was able to send him an audio music album of mp3s at the end of our email correspondence to celebrate Fourth of July!..
.. I created a stay at home Musical tribute to Doc Watson a local musical hero here renown for flatpicking guitar and keeping Appalachian music alive...
So I used to bum around, visit people, play my guitar and talk or whatever .. but nowadays this is my style to do more stay at home visiting online and doing virtual online musical performances.. you know sharing online instead of in person to be on the safe side. I got to hang out with the sheriff online and just blab away talking about whatever I feel and I played guitar and sang the whole time just like the old days … I had a great time brothers and sisters and here’s our fourth of July celebration which is just my style….
So here it is: I am a musician and in one email me and the sheriff just produced a little album together of some songs Doc Watson would play! :)
Musical Tribute to Doc Watson Fourth of July Special 2025 with Masked Man and his guitar (special guest virtual online appearance Sheriff H***n)
I performed these four tunes on the fly with my nylon string flamenco guitar while hanging out with the sheriff via email on Fourth of July holiday..it was awesome…

Happy Easter Everybody,
Data Report indicated on one of his programs there should be a virtual music benefit concert... damn right! So many musicians have gotten messed up by covid too! There's music benefits for everything .. a music benefit for covid is long overdue! Masked Man agrees with Data Report! There should definitely be a virtual benefit concert for those with long covid in fact there should be many virtual concerts to raise awareness and benefit those suffering from long covid...
Let's ROCK! and Swing for those with long covid and to those who know a friend or family member affected by covid! Here's a virtual concert which is just me rocking out in my bedroom with my dog Scamp curled up in his chair obviously enjoying the groove... I personally think there should be more virtual concerts and that musicians should stay home and not draw crowds and adapt to the times and play from home ...play it safe and smart and use technology like online performances to not get sick ...I'm having the time of my life just playing away from the safety of my own home that's for sure!!! Feels like I'm jamming for the world when I hit that little send button to share my music online! its awesome! Its just as real as anything playing my music sharing from my bedroom. It feels just as special to me if not more so because its real me playing my guitar and Its my pleasure to jam for you brothers and sisters! This is what I live for! This is my dream getting to play guitar for ya!
Its time for my Happy Easter and Long Covid Awareness Concert for you...

Masked Man coming at ya with some more late night music to help get you through your weekend... :)
..Those last recordings were pretty rambunctious but fun ..I got that out of my system for now... Let's bring it down a notch or two for some late night grooving.. let's plug guitar back into the clean channel.. I turned down the treble just a tad on my amp...
Hope you 'stay at homers' are enjoying my little music productions. I like to share my music with people such as yourselves who respect microscopic entities. Its nice to know somebody out there has bit of respect for such entities. It takes a certain kind of person to appreciate the significance of the studies and work that Data Report and other members have collected, archived, and done a bit cross-examination and shared some introspection and insights as well in this forum...
...its always good to share and play a bit of music from the heart for such independent individuals such as you people here at Data Report Info forum...
Here's some slow blues stuff for ya to groove to!
I tell ya things are looking tough. We've got a lot of challenges ahead of us. Too much is happening to say the least... they say music soothes the savage beast so we better do some more blues...
... ah this is a pretty sweet sound on this one almost sounds country to me reminiscent of a steel guitar sometimes with long whining notes but also might be somewhat mellow with some warmth in the notes.... there's some nice musical riffs I think in this one.. I take a little more time with the notes in this one...

For those interested in my Masked way of life before I play my music I shall share my day...
Today was a fairly typical and successful day for the Masked Man, My masked way of life is really nothing too hard I just wear a mask to do typical outdoor activities. I'm mostly in the privacy of my back yard while people in the distance drive by or people are in their yards fairly far off away from me.
So today I get my coffee ate some grits and shaved then I get my mask on to go outside (Once I get my mask on I don't mess with it ..I don't take it on or off as that is more of a hassle than simply leaving it on for me):
In my mask of course, I walk dog on leash in a very small area of secluded back yard away from other animals then let my dog back into house,
Masked, I climbed up on roof and fixed a shingle,
Then I Rode an old tenspeed Bicycle to edge of town and back (in my mask of course)
Then I open up a box from UPS which is our new bread maker!
...I did this outside work in my mask the whole time and in a nice buttoned up jumpsuit and I'm usually listening to music through earbuds off my cellphone while sometimes I listen to a some tube program or lecture occasionally while I'm outside.
...I also have gloves for some work and hand sanitizer and a spray bottle of small amount of Clorox mixed with water for packages I open outside before discarding the packaged material. We buy in bulk and get everything delivered to house out front that I wheelbarrow to the backyard to discard packaging before bringing into home. We used to have a bakery at farmers market (before covid entered the picture five years ago) so we pretty much still have a bakery only its just for us now..lol...I like wearing a mask outside... I feel safe... I haven't gotten sick in five years and I never get allergies and my mask even protects me from tons of occupational hazards as well... I like feeling safe and I don't have to worry about getting sick whatsoever which is a huge relief.. I can't tell you how worrying about getting sick and taking chances with it is worse for health and sanity than wearing a mask. I sleep well at night knowing contagious illness don't play a part in my life health wise or financially wise. Its a good way of living. I fear less because of this mask wearing skill and I have suffered far less over the past five years and am overall healthier. For me masking has improved my life.
Got back inside take mask off clean up a little and drink a bunch of water.
Ate ham sandwiches and some pickles for lunch
Then for exercise my significant other and I take a dance class here on you tube called:
375 Dance studio
LINK:
https://www.youtube.com/c/375DanceStudio
...we worked on the salsa today
Then I napped half the day
Read, wrote and, pondered upon some things at this wonderful Data Report Info Forum
Then I watched some program about the Trojan war and then Ive been watching some wonderful interviews of Ingmar Bergman the great Swedish filmmaker!
Dinner: My significant other made us a wonderful meal... I ate a wonderful Mexican meal of bean burritos topped off with refreshing frozen strawberries which taste better than candy!
Of course I love music so I played some guitar so
Let's close the day with some:
"Jump Blues In C up tempo Shuffle"

I tell ya today I had to push through.. it gets hard for us sensitive cautious critters.. I get angry (even though its healthy) and frustrated from time to time.. which is normal and healthy.
I really connect with careful smart forum members here.. to me this is safe area to go online where sensible people frequent online...I really empathize with some of the other Data Forum members here at this forum. Some of them are dealing with loved ones coming back from vacation and that just fills me up with fear.. I fear the maskless ones and I fear for the maskless as well and its hard caring and that takes it toll on us sensitive sensible beings who are taking precautions such as masking.
I don't see my family members probably because I take more precautions than them... I cut myself off from people such as neighbors that could endanger my life... I'm glad I am protecting myself. I know another cautious member here that gets upset and rightfully so at the rest of the world for simply not trying harder to prevent the spread of contagious diseases.. That upsets me too!
I get the blues because I don't see enough society masking. We have a huge number of long covid victims and I'm angry because not enough people are masking to protect all of us from continuing to catch covid.. I'm masking that's for sure.. I used to have asthma attacks/allergy as a child so I'm no fool covid is contagious and has the potential to be even worse than my childhood illness that could could come back someday. I have experience that I learned from which is why I mask.
Anyway our society is not learning what its like to have a disease learn from it and really messed up and continues to really play dumb when it comes to being sensitive and masking and protecting one another from contagious diseases.. Sometimes it seems we have so much to learn and a long road ahead of us and at same time it feels good to know just a few others(like in this forum) might feel like me.
...For me I have learned it is easier to simply admit it when I get upset and go with it and use my anger or fear in a productive way. I have learned to respect my feelings and not repress them but rather allow myself to get angry in a healthy way because I found it is better for me to allow myself to experience the multitude of feelings. They pass to and fro and rather than try to suppress these feelings I allow them to pass through me and I don't try to cover them up because they are good.
I also channel my feelings productively through art and music as well....
This next number I just felt like playing and so I just blurted out a few spontaneous lyrics... I really just was in a crabby mood like we all get from time to time getting up on the wrong side of the bed ..nothing abnormal in this abnormal world (that would be a good name for a blues song! "Getting up on the wrong side of the bed"! ...lol) and I just wanted to pass the time away by jamming.. After I finished playing I was still crabby and felt like the selection I just played was total crud and that my playing was all mechanical .. I didn't think very fondly of it at all..
..then much later I listened to it in the evening and thought it flowed well enough and serves as a real blues tune since it was an on the fly spontaneous production and served its purpose for simply passing my time. I can think of worse ways to pass 12 minutes and 59 seconds of my time. I call it "Go with The Blues". I encourage everybody to work through their feelings the best they can channeling them and living with their feelings and not covering their feelings up with drugs or alcohol but instead go with the flow and allow healthy feelings to be part of them. I think it is not our feelings that are good or bad but how we live with the feelings we get that is most important... Here's how I dealt with my frustrations of the day..
I sang some blues...
"Go with the Blues"

I guess I am a bluesman. Music is a way of life for me.. Rather than have the blues play me, I might as well play the blues! :)
Keep on Rocking and rolling through the blues Data Report Info members and guests!

A Sweet Sunday Jazz concert for those that take precautions against viruses like me and like to stay safe at home.
I like to play for smart people who are careful. I like to share my antics or whatever talent I might have online with Data Report Info members and guests from the safety and privacy of my own bedroom studio to inspire others that they too can do something intelligent or creative from their own homes. I despise musicians, performers, political trumpeters and exhibitionists today who think they have to draw a big crowd, fill stadiums with hordes of people and show off while covid still lurks as a life altering detrimental bane to society not to mention other airborne diseases that haven't been this prevalent in decades have risen and stayed circulating.
Why should any intelligent person have to leave the safety of his or her own den/study in order to share their message, spirit, intelligence or creativity with another with today's online technology, possibilities and superior communication?
Here's a Sunday Jazz guitar concert for Data Report members and guests!
Jazz In F Charlie Parker Style Bebop Progression(This is the telecaster my significant loved one gifted to me on a cold winter's day when I was opening packages in the back yard in my mask... what a beauty!)
LINK:

This next bebop is also a pretty good number. The tune almost threw me off because halfway through the backing track another virtual guitarist came into the recording so I ended up trying to play along counterpoint, threw in some bass notes, and continued on with a little theme that I sort of had going. I think it still sounds good even though another guitarist's prerecorded music butted in halfway through the backing track unexpectedly...

..This is fun I'm in the austere jazz world which is something I know nothing about..I'll turned the tone knobs all the way down on my pickups so that I get that almost muffled tone and use the clean channel of my Marshall amp .. In this next little number I found a jazz backing track that shifts from one key to another back and forth to try to challenge myself to see if it opens up some new riffs for me... Jazz is pretty cool because some of it it can be very laid back, even relaxed and one can really meander improvising til the cows come home.. Hope you enjoy my jazz concert as much as I have.. here's one more...

I try to be of good cheer in my music but we can't be happy all the time. Life is rough stuff and art and music should run the full gamut of emotions and include a range of feelings...
...not sure why life is full of these challenges, why innocent people have to be inflicted with the misery of diseases..it hardly seems fair animals should also catch diseases and illnesses.. nobody deserves these hardships really and that's something about life I have a hard time handling. So I guess here's some of my sad or reflective music in honor of all the tough stuff we human's go through...Like I said a good well rounded artist and musician is probably wise to convey and display all the ups and downs in life and include some sad slow stuff in their work...
So in this next little number I'll try to be real low key now and share some real mellow and sensitive sad minor key blues. Maybe I'll try to improvise something that expresses a state of reflection for those of us in the slow chillin' mood or something for those feeling the blues during these tough times ...

Now for a friendly challenge..I challenge these so called top notch musicians to see if they can actually rock out from their homes! Who says a musician has to go on the road and fill huge stadium just to have a good time!?
I can boogie woogie online ...just listen to me have the time of my life staying at home Justin Timberlake eat your heart out and hear my electric guitar in these two rockabilly numbers! I'm rocking out for Data Report Info members and guests.. they are the best most sensible safe audience I know of! ;)
I challenge musicians to wear masks when they go out and rock out online like me me! Watch me rock!! See if you rock out as good as me on guitar! I know how to live and party in the safety of my own den!
Rockabilly is just fun and like the first electric stuff where it was like kids were having fun with the sound and the sounds they made.. a lot of the authentic rockabilly just sounds like that to me like kids playing with their voices and guitars... nobody sung like that before rockabilly came along almost goofy the way they sung ...

One of my dreams is to simply be around or rather interact online with more people like myself that mask and stay at home work and entertain and socialize remotely and take a lot of health precautions that are in accordance to what reality of viruses are dictating to us...
..my dream is to still enjoy being a rock star but not going out necessarily in public or creating a gathering or all the other hooplah and trouble that goes along with performing... You don't have to go out , dress up, or risk a disease.. you don't even have to leave the safety of your home for my musical performances! I won't charge ya nothing! ;) I just love music!
So anyway its fun to be creative share my music performances online from the safety of my own home. I hope you enjoy my musical antics and hopefully you get a kick out of my little performances and all the fun one can have online. I hope you readers find creative, artistic and or intelligent ways to socialize and share remotely!

Its my birthday! :) It's awesome because I'm 54 years old and not sick! I wear a mask when I go outside into my yard and I stay away from people... Its seriously awesome not being sick. I haven't gotten any airborne illness in five years. I mask and social distance and try to be self sufficient at home receiving all my goods from delivery trucks onto front porch where I pick them up later in my mask to discard the cardboard and packaging.
I celebrate my healthy birthday by jamming on guitar in the safety of my own home. I love my life! I love not going anywhere as does my significant other who does the same as me safety wise. Tomorrow we will make homemade ice cream for my birthday. I got birthday presents in mail from mom.. some guitar strings, a nice guitar strap and some studio headphones Let's rock out! This is my kind of party..I love partying online I get to be myself its just good clean fun! Its the Masked Man's birthday! :)

I think it's my uncles funeral today. Uncle Dave died primarily from 'walking' pneumonia.. he didn't walk out of that one now did he? Jim Henson creator of and mastermind behind 'the Muppets' also caught pneumonia and died.
I'll be perfectly blunt with you I ain't about to go drive across three states in the freezing cold in a flu and influenza season like no other to stand with any relatives in a small room or to eat with anybody at some dinner over my dead uncle no matter how much I loved him...that would be masochistic for me to do that! My uncle wouldn't want that if he's watching from above... he died from an airborne diseases ..I'm not going to meet in a stuffy room to risk an airborne disease.. I wear my mask all the time.. I'm not gonna torture myself! Besides nowadays one can write about the loss of their loved ones and the written word is very special and can be very powerful gift. Everybody grieves and pays respect in their own ways.
I belong here safe in my warm room comfortable playing my music. I play my music to honor the life of my uncle Dave! Its the best I can do!
Saturday Night Live just hosted a gathering Martin Short kissed somebody that had covid and nobody masked and they got covid ... I'm definitely sitting out a family gathering/ funeral! I'm not stupid...I don't wanna get sick or die like my uncle Dave or Jim Henson!
I wear a mask every time I go out my door. I simply deserve peace and safety. I get to do and behave as I want and that I do.. here
I play music for people I feel like playing for.
I like Data Report info because I simply respect people who acknowledge certain realities such as the microscopic entities at play in the world right now. I just feel like if anybody would understand me or tolerate some of my lines of thinking and ways of my masked life it would be the those here that keep their eye on viruses or study microscopic entities such as viruses here at this forum.
I think forum members here have a certain healthy respect for reality and humanity and aren't afraid of life and aren't afraid to look at many of the realities that are going on... so with great pleasure I get to play music from the safety of my own home just for my friends here at Data Report info Forum!
Here we go again.. Ive been wearing my mask outside and healthy enough to jam on my electric guitar for you on yet another weekend! I am smart for I wearing a mask outside my home..its really paying off as I am glad I'm not of those performers with an illnesses Data Report has to type in every day over in the "List of Performers Sick In 2025" section. Let's celebrate my health by jamming on electric guitar! :)

I'm happy the way I am!
The Masked Man
P.S. If nothing changes, my health stays the same and I just keep wearing my mask every time I go outside which is usually to briefly walk a dog in my backyard with no one around or retrieve packages that were delivered to my front porch from UpS or fed ex..I'd be perfectly happy the rest of my life living like this. I'm content healthy enough and happy all my needs are met right now. I could live like this forever.

In the wake of the continual sick musical performers over in the section of "List Of Performers Sick in 2025", sick sports stars and school closings and what we might as well term animal to animal transmitted diseases such as bid flu and the passing away of my uncle Dave from pneumonia whose funeral I won't be attending because its just too hard a journey to travel and the fact very few people in public mask and take precautions like me ...I haven't been sick in five years since masking way of life and my precautions.. I don't have to cancel my performances here online so now with great pleasure I get to celebrate my health and good strategy by singing one for Data Report Info members and guests.
Here's the Masked Man in the safety of his own home studio singing a version of Muddy Water's "I gots To be loved"

LINK:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1906qGn9QaSBwCyGp0sAfWVrYQJw8vfcF/view
P.S. Be safe people.. you can still have fun and be creative and even be a musical performer like me from the safety of your own home without requiring the attention of huge gatherings. Please be safe and try to take more precautions in public such as masking... "I gots to be loved!" :)
I’d like to take this opportunity to share a message I believe strongly in, namely that: the pen is mightier than the sword. Anything worth saying or speaking is worth writing down.. all this means is that these popes, politicians, artists could actually stay at home write their great ideas down .. formulate their thoughts on paper and share them online with a lot more people more efficiently and effectively than they could by creating gatherings and running around speaking in public. This is a literate culture for the most part people here can read and learn from the written online word. We don’t have to have a bunch of talking heads running around. Reading and writing and doing things online are what educated intelligent literate people often do. We don’t need a coliseum or stadium to share good ideas anymore like in Roman gladiator times.

Happy Valentines Day Data Report Info Members!
I'm celebrating by jamming in the safety of my own home safe and sound from the rat race with my little dog "Scamp"! Playing and sharing my music online is a great pleasure for me and helps with the mental health aspect of dealing with the modern day grief todays challenges bring us. I live to play my music!
I don't go out and about socializing or to gatherings anymore but instead share my music online so here's a safe online performance proving to myself and others how great it is to be able to share and be social and creative through the power of being online. All the guitars you see in these videos I got during the era covid first came out to stay at home, stay out of trouble and jam out for ya!:
lets start with a little jazzy number

This telecaster in this video was given to me by my loved one I remember it quite well.. I was somewhat angry at the world during time covid first arrived on the scene and I was masking(as I still am) and taking precautions in my mask opening up boxes in backyard in the cold winter snow basically cussin' out the world for not masking like me in the bitter cold and then I came to this long box and cut it open and there was a sweet telecaster ..it made me cry tears of joy.. lets play it!

Time for me to play electric guitar tonight Jamming for you from the safety of my own home!
I noticed Data Report has been up all night pumping out one post after the other of school closings and Bird Flu cases, sports players and performers whom have gotten ill that just seems to happen around the clock. I'm glad Data Report and couple other forum members are posting the latest because I wouldn't know what's really going on collectively out there. Its very informative and like a duty to know. Its important to know when animals and humans are struggling. Its can be hard emotionally but I wanna know when stuff is going down!
So I stayed up all night reading and thinking about what's going on the world too and then I had to get lost in some music so I like to think I'm giving back a little to Data Report by playing some music for his Data Report Info Forum that I am honored to be part of.
I throw a little sports jacket on over my flannel shirt and I'm ready to rock! Here's some all night music to try to 'give back and show a little love to Data Report and this good forum!

Time for me to play electric from the safety of my own home while my loved one is baking chocolate chip cookies for us in the safety of our home!
With all these schools closing and kids getting sick I strongly am in favor of remote and distant learning and doing things at home! So that's what I do I continue to be a wannabe musician online rather than in person.
I keep my sanity by doing things I love like playing music so
Here's another triple shot of wild electric guitar music for people that might feel like me today about staying safe:

P.S. stay safe and I'd love to see any forum members here post some pictures or something of a personal hobby or some activities they like to do from the safety of their home. I encourage members to take stick some favorite photos of their baking , or if they artists I'd love to see a collection of paintings they've done posted under a new topic they term "hobbies" or maybe the Relaxation thread here: https://www.datareport.info/off-topic-discussion/relaxation-thread/msg2965/#new
...I'd love to see anything people do from hobbies to music to painting or even stamp collection posted here at the forum to inspire me that people are doing stuff safely from their homes like me and still getting on with their lives taking advantage online remotely or distantly. Please share, if you can, some of your relaxing 'at home' hobbies, arts, or activities.
Take care DataReport.info members and guests!,

Today I'm kind of sick of society. That's nothing new for me. It's a healthy anger, mind you, that protects me. I don't feel close to people who aren't being mindful of the latest healthcare and human conditions that are currently challenging us. So be it!
Between you and me sometimes I just get fed up with the part of society that doesn't acknowledge or participate in masking or making precautions. Maybe that's why I feel at home in this forum because here I feel an affinity for anyone mindful of the current human, animal, and environmental conditions... I really respect people that read up on the latest here at Data Report Info forum.
I think there is intelligent life form on this earth and that it is namely you, the data report Info member and guest! :)
Someday I hope to be a part of a community that masks and watches out for one another and trades with one another safely and sensibly.. I'd like to feel safe in a community that takes precautions but until then at least I already have developed my preferred way of life with good habits, protocols and precautions in place and I also have my online pandemic savvy friends here and I can be creative remotely and so I play guitar for those that might feel like me from time to time.. here is some wild and crazy electric guitar for my online friends from the safety of my safe little home music studio! Enjoy!

Today they 'pull the plug' on my uncle who had walking pneumonia and took a turn for the worst.
I am not afraid to say a masked way of life surely would have prolonged his life and I believe that is the truth.
If you don't catch an airborne disease because of a mask then your chances at a longer happier healthier life are greater.
We must watch out for one another if we want to defend ourselves from microscopic entities at hand in modern society right now and
I believe I owe it to my mask for my health. I am glad to be here to share with you my ideas. Thanks for listening to me and my music ,
Here's me alive and well plucking out some Chicago Blues in G on my electric guitar from Saftey of own home for Data Report Info members and masked stay at home fans out there.

I have an uncle named Dave and right after I recorded a couple of my masked guitar performances, my dad just emailed me:
"Your uncle Dave came down with some serious health problems a couple of months ago. I think it's called "walking pneumonia", and then there were some lung problems, maybe cancer. He's been on life support for the last couple of days. He's gone downhill pretty fast now, and they're going to take him off of life support tomorrow.
I wanted to let you know.
Love,
Dad"
Masked Man thinks Its a shame but what can we do? I celebrate my uncle Daves Life the best I can and share my music with those I feel close.. those that will mask for me...
Since I, Masked Man am healthy I will do yet another Masked Man electric guitar performance a couple of free and wild hard rock guitar performances with a message to MASK UP in public and outside in honor of our family and those who have recently passed away due to illness!
Keep On Maskin' and Keep on Rockin' Data Report Info forum members and masked fans out there! These tunes are in honor of my "uncle Dave"!
..It might seem unorthodox and crazy to some but I stay busy play music in honor of my uncle Dave's life and that is how I deal with grief ..then I think about all the time I got to spend with uncle Dave and am grateful.

All the Data Report Info Forum members are running on all eight cylinders today and tonight doing a great job of keeping us up to date and informed. It means a lot to me that the group here is contributing such valuable news and studies every hour and every minute.. It feels good somebody cares because quite frankly its some powerful stuff going on that all these good members are keeping on top of and making it easy for me to study, ponder, and make important lifestyle decisions based on what I read.
Its awesome what every member of this forum is contributing!
I feel like everybody here is making history and these news stories and studies are so important its just an honor to be here studying and experiencing the present human and animal condition.
With that in mind I feel good and thank everybody here. Today is kind of crappy day for a lot of people..It's freezing outside, Washington has lost its marbles not having ties with The WHO currently, lot of sports players sick with mysterious illnesses, bird flu is all over here and there is not enough people masking and taking precautions for my tastes. Here's my Martin Luther King day electric guitar performance for Data Report Info members.
The guitar you see is somewhat of a product of the pandemic in the sense that I ordered everything by internet. I ordered a super wide neck then I ordered the electric guitar body separately and I shaved and fit and put the neck on the guitar myself all without leaving the safety of my home. I call the guitar my Super Fat Strat (because of the super custom wide neck I put on) !

Wishing you a meaningful Martin Luther King Jr. Day as we honor his legacy of equality and justice for all.
Keep On Rocking Data Report Info Forum members!! :)
P.S As Ive stated before I'm serious Masker when I go outside my home. I don't go anywhere in public and yet I think of myself as an active performing musician. I mask when I go outside my door and I just think rock stars should stay at home and build guitars like me I think people should try to stay at home perfecting the spot they are in and not stir up crowds risking diseases and just trying harder to be creative or work remotely from home ...
For me I get a kick and a thrill out of simply getting my music online just hitting that send button knowing somebody out there loves the song or music I enjoyed.
Thanks for letting me celebrate Martin Luther King Day in my own musical way! As usual I hope my little videos inspire people that they can do fun things from inside their homes... home sweet home!

Rockin' Richie who is 54 years old appears to have no illnesses and be blessed with abundant health and good looks , Jan 12th 2025.
He's wears a mask when he exits his backdoor and leaves it on until he goes back inside to the privacy of his home/den.
All of his Rockin' Richie's tour dates have been postponed definitely because he's in good enough health and would like to keep it that way. Rockin' Richie chooses not to get sick from the maskless gatherings that would bore him to death anyway to attend.

I don't drink or do drugs .. I don't eat out or go anywhere in public and yet I think of myself as an active performing musician. I mask when I go outside my door and I just think people with public personas like rock stars and actors and even politicians are crazy and actually wrong for going to and stirring up crowds risking diseases and not just trying harder to be creative or work remotely from home ... what some call 'isolation' I call a sweet solo! I love being alone and really I'm not alone because I still share the heart of music online and get a little thrill someone out there is enjoying my music. For me I don't need a crowded audience to applause me and tell me I'm great...For me I get a kick and a thrill out of simply getting my music online just hitting that send button knowing somebody out there loves the song or music I enjoyed creating... When I play music in my room in front of that camera its just as much fun as anything!
..so here I am singing from home for you pandemic savvy people who are also holed up in the safety of your home sweet homes. I have a good time in the safety of my own little private bedroom studio so just to show you how much fun it is to stay at home not get sick and be creative here is me having a great old time being an entertainer for you in the safety of my own home!..

With today's technology why go anywhere!? it's so nice to dress up and not go anywhere! I love playing from my room compared to from anywhere else! I'm not all sweaty I don't have to unload the car or anything..nothing beats a homemade concert!
And what better timing because on Oct. 31,2024 H5N1 bird flu has been found in at least a couple pigs in Oregon, USDA reports Pigs can be infected with many types of flu, and pigs can play a role in making bird viruses better adapted to humans...
That's why Masked man stays at home to jam out for you!
Maybe my video will Inspire Farm Hands & Veternarians To Wear Masks!
This video is solely intended for the purpose of inspiring the maskers and for entertainment purposes only for the sake of the masker. (Under my bandanna dust cover, I use a respirator type mask with cartridges that are designed works against covid)
If you are going to mask up then now is the time for people who work with animals to mask..If you are going to mask up then..MASK UP NOW FARMERS and VETERNARIANS! Wear the goggles too because of eye conjunctivitis that goes along with the bird flu... those animals flap and snort and shed... I'm masking for the Big Bird Flue Blues as seen in this video. Here's my Big Bird Flu Blues In Eflat On My Super Fat Strat To Inspire Farm Hands & Veternarians To Wear Masks video:

I’m so sick of my favorite rock stars being irresponsible and having giant gatherings during a covid pandemic. Its disgraceful to see them host superspreader events. Its pathetic to see your favorite old rock stars come down with covid as well. We have actually lost a lot of great musicians to covid. Many have died from covid despite all the shots and latest remedies. Why don’t they just stay home and rechannel their creativity online for us? .. why don’t they share their music online? I love music so I’ll play for all of you
Seriously, why would any rock star want to play for a football stadium full of idiots during a covid pandemic? ..I'd be ashamed to host a super spreader..It actually seems immoral to me to host a gathering nowadays. With today's technology why go anywhere!? it's so nice to dress up and not go anywhere! I love playing from my room compared to from anywhere else! I'm not all sweaty I don't have to unload the car or anything..nothing beats a homemade concert! I'd just sit at home play some real guitar..maybe I'd learn some classical guitar and share that online if I had any talent or brains as a musician like this:

P.S. The one thing Ive never understood..is rich people..if You've got a million dollars in the bank and you're a rock star, an actor or a politician and you don't treat yourself to the best mask money can buy and stay at home to protect yourselves from covid... now that's just plain stupid especially after four and a half years of a mutating disease going around and around. Just try to be creative online, do as much as possible online and keep your cooties to yourselves..why risk it!?...lol
