SUMMARY - One of two food suppliers, responsible for a mass food poisoning incident at the company 'ByteDance' in late July, has now been allowed to serve food again following the lifting of their suspension. Pu Tien Services will now be able to serve food again but will be under close surveillance by the Singapore Food Authority (SFA). 169 people were afflicted by gastroenteritis with 17 people hospitalized. All have since recovered.

SUMMARY - Food poisoning of an unknown type has struck at least 60 employees at the office of TikTok’s parent company, ByteDance, in Singapore (the city). Although it is suspected that these employees ate from a food vendor, the exact cause and nature of the food poisoning is still under investigation.
