SUMMARY - The Center of Disease Control (CDC) has stated that there are currently 2,869 cases of Dengue Fever in the United States, a majority of which are in the territory of Puerto Rico.

SUMMARY - A human case of Dengue fever has occurred in the country of the United States. Specifically, the case was in the state of Texas (Harris County). Also, the county has now confirmed that at least one mosquito has been found with the West Nile Virus.
