SUMMARY - Justin David Goulet, a 27-year old man from the state of Oregon (country: United States), was sentenced to 27 months in prison and 3 years of supervised release after being found guilty of defrauding the Federal government by applying for and receiving an Economic Injury Disaster loan of $163,100. The fund was set up to assist businesses adversely affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. Goulet spent most of the money on such things as travel, illegal drugs and cars. Goulet will also have to pay back all of the money.
