Title: Burkina Faso - 2,000 cases of measles since November 2023 - 7 deaths

SUMMARY - The country of Burkina Faso has reported over 2,000 cases of measles within the past 4 months, starting in November 2023. There are currently 7 deaths associated with this latest outbreak. Children (aged 1 through 15) account for 96% of the current cases. 90% of the cases involve unvaccinated persons.
