Asymptomatic human avian influenza A(H5N1) infections occur, and person-to-person transmission is likely in some settings, reveals a scoping review by US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) researchers.

"18 symptom-less human infections
The team identified 10 reports of 18 asymptomatic human H5N1 infection, including 2 with molecular and serologic confirmation (MSC) and 16 with molecular confirmation alone (MC)..."

COMMENT:
That whole asymptomatic symptomless thing could very well be how the virus get a foothold on us! I often wondered if there all sorts of symptomless viruses in us we don't even know about. Imagine how many viruses people who mask don't have .. viruses that aren't even documented or known to exist! Furthermore I wonder if viruses work in teams? Who knows how much we don't know!? Viruses can be fascinating and work in mysterious ways.
