SUMMARY - The Contra Costa County Health Department, in the state of California, is recommending people wear masks indoors because of a summer COVID surge.

Hi, I'm in Sonoma County California, and was wondering if people could help me find test positivity rates and hospitalizations for here. The press democrat, our paper, used to publish this but stopped in Sept. We have a medical mask mandate also right now. Thank you! Just signed up here.
