SUMMARY - Heavy rainfalls in the country of Sudan has caused the Arbaat dam to collapse, causing 100 people to go missing due to flooding. Other estimates for the human toll, none of which has been confirmed, has anywhere from 4 to 60 people dead as a result of the dam collapse.
