P.s I believe studies involving viruses and variants involving different species are very important. I believe We must investigate viruses in all species to shed light on viruses in our human species. It was recently discovered in history that we as people give other animals a lot more viruses and contagious  illnesses than we had previously suspected. In other words we make a lot of other animals sick and therefore share a lot of viruses and illness back and forth with other species not to mention different species make each other sick. All this might even have a bearing on how new variants emerge.. these are things we are pondering which require further investigation.
