SUMMARY - The Ninth Court of Appeals ruled on October 10th, 2024, that Montana's state law, HB 702, may now go into full effect, reversing an earlier ruling that made an exemption for health care providers. HB 702 prohibits employers from requiring employees to disclose their immunization status and bars employers from requiring employees to receive certain types of vaccines or to possess an immunity passport.
