LAWRENCE COUNTY SCHOOLS, Tennessee school won’t accept doctor’s notes for absences
Masked Man Comment:
woah!? Isn't this a major form of child abuse? This clearly endangers the sick child health and wellbeing and it endangers other children... I don't see how else to legally define abuse other than abuse equals endangering children's health. Legally and morally this outrageous! To willingly and knowingly spread suffering amongst other people!? I'm sorry but this is mental. I'd be afraid to go to prison for willingly and knowingly make children suffer and possibly get a disease like long covid. Sorry but that's crazy and punishable by law my book.
There was a time When I was a kid and you had strep you had to have a doctor's note stating how many days you were on antibiotics, or you weren't allowed back into school because the school feared you were still contagious with strep and the teachers didn't want to get sick..now ya got long covid and measle outbreaks ...
LAWRENCE COUNTY SCHOOLS,
This is sick in the head making kids go school sick by threatening them with low attendance ..downright dumb and dangerous .. I'm sorry but you can't get any more dumb masochistic, sadistic and blatantly abusive to children than making a sick kid go to school putting that kind of pressure on a kid to attend to achieve those good grades... these kids will start committing suicide or maybe even inspiring school shootings.. sick desperate people became dangerous..anyway good luck with that policy that raises sickos ..that's worse than the military or something..anyway my opinions are my own but that's horror. That's just downright cruel. That's as cold as ice.. you'd be better off with an F and flunk out of highschool and living off the grid than trying to live with long covid. Thank God I'm not a kid anymore and in that school.
Get good grades and risk covid or flunk out and be healthy? jeesh.. these are children with years ahead of them .. this is sick to treat children like that. That's just not a fair attitude to instill in our children that they must risk all health no matter what "to make the grade" Its just Immoral and state and federal laws should be in place to punish those that put the welfare of children's health at risk .
I think I missed two weeks of school when I was a kid because I had severe asthma..I was rushed to the hospitals and I remember seeing nurses in masks and hospital lights as they rushed me from one room to another while I was being carted on bed .. I had to have an IV in my arm and was in a hospital tent for while so nobody would make me sick while I was in a weakened state and recovering...Hey LAWRENCE COUNTY SCHOOLS, you gonna punish and fail kids like me!? I almost died.
Implement some online communications ..implement some programs like online learning to keep teachers and children safe when they get sick or when inevitable outbreaks occur.. get with the times use your brain..at one point China was super strict with kids and education(I could be wrong about this data and my apologies to China if I am.. but before internet existed I remember hearing such things when I was a child that China did have one of the highest suicide rates amongst children at one point in history because at one point in time they had tons of pressure to achieve intellectually as children.. now I think Russia might have surpassed china in suicide rates amongst youth.. all this data should be explored across various cultures and I just use China and Russia as examples.. I'm sure many countries have these problems ).and the result was sky high suicide rates... LAWRENCE COUNTY SCHOOLS, don't make these children so guilty they have psychotic breaks because grading and judging people while they are suffering from a physical illness is a sure way to achieve that. In the military and elsewhere, one means to torture someone is to deprive them of keep and make them do stuff anyway ... when someone is sick and deprived of good health and in a need of rest and nurturing it is torture to make them do something other than rest when they are sick and not of sound body and mind.
It is not legal to get someone to sign a will or deed while they are not of sound body or sound mind so think very carefully about grading and judging a child's intellect when they might be physically ill. That might cause a psychosis and it might actually be illegal. Regardless its morally wrong if you ask me. Think about the function of education. I personally don't think a teacher's role is to grade or judge a child but rather instill in that child a love for learning that will enable that child a future of learning because the teacher's role is to teach the child to be able to teach itself for the rest of life.
This lack of having good backup plans for when children and staff get sick is a failure on the schools part not the children.LAWRENCE COUNTY SCHOOLS, use your brains Where's your conscience? we are talking lawsuits.. this is criminal to deprive children of education and not provide alternative online opportunities to kids when they get sick and force them to go to school sick just for "good grades".
I dunno man schools are gonna run into legal problems here besides doesn't that just sound insane : a little kid got a splitting headache maybe he feels sick throwing up or peeing his pants because he has to go the bathroom a lot because he has a little fever or something.. maybe he feels like his throats on fire and he's gotta do some math problems and get them right.. meanwhile other kids and staff get whatever the sick kid's got? .. that's just sick in the head.. pure torture! Do kids with covid actually pass classes? Now you gotta hold a ton of kids back a grade ... I'm telling you making kids do intellectual work while sick is big no-no. Get real.. this is abuse and torture little kids for the sake of school system's paycheck I guess . School systems better get real and get creative online with some better and more humane solutions and alternatives than forcing kids to go to school sick. It's not the kids that are failing here. Ive never heard of the practice of making people do things while they are ill ..sounds like a sick social experiment by some sick individuals. I would be completely worried about legal ramifications for that school and even fear moral things in my conscience.
How about if a kid dies? What if the parents are like "you must attend school Johnny no matter how badly you feel!" and then the kid just dies because he just wants to please everybody...Do the dead have to attend to!? Just bring the corpse into the classroom to satisfy attendance..lol. seriously its bad enough a child is unwell and needs rest and nurturing outside the classroom when they are sick or suffering...That's bad enough.. we shouldnt make people who are sick and not of sound body and mind sign deeds and we shouldn't grade a sick child and everybody has the right to an education ..c'mon gimmie a break.. take advantage of new technology and advances such as computers and online learning to take up the slack for when society suffers outbreaks.. learn to adapt and modify the schoolsysytem for the sake of humanity and for children's grades. Stop trying to live in the old days when outbreaks weren't as prevalent... modify the system so that it makes sense to go to school and it makes sense to stay at home and do homeschooling when going outside the home is too dangerous. Give teachers and schoolchildren the option to stay at home and still be active educationally.. we can do it..stop being and playing the victim.. modify the rules and regulations to be realistic with the viruses and healthcare challenges we currently face... stop beating around the bush.. covid is still kicking and guess what might be worse than covid? What's worse than covid? I think Long covid would be the worst. Long term suffering and health repercussions sound scary to me... LONG COVID threatens and looms over us all.. I don't even like the idea of being sick much less a long time...now stop beating around the bush, accept the challenge and modify behavior and modify expectations and modify the rules to your game! ..weve got the technology! Get with the times people and reform school systems to reflect modern times for modern viruses that are prevalent nowadays.
Inso far as education and how we treat youth and any age and individual for that matter, for things to be fair and safe equally for everybody I feel instead of giving or handing out
orders, We have to give people
alternatives,
options, &
incentives.
These are my own opinions, judge me if you want, Give me an F or an A, I don't care,
The Masked Man
