SUMMARY - The band leader for Paramore, Hayley Williams, has provided an update on the band's situation. Both herself and and others in the band had a "non-contagious" illness that required "antibiotics and steroids" that apparently started in Houston (July 11th, if the concert dates are accurate). It was stated that the cause was "not food poisoning."

SPECULATION - What would be a "non-contagious" illness that affects multiple band members in the same band and requires a week of "antibiotics and steroids" to recover from that isn't food poisoning? July 11th is just one week after the July 4th weekend. If it were a contagious illness, what illness would begin to show signs after a week?
