Jamie Foxx had to be hospitalized after a sudden medical emergency. The cause has not yet been released. Luckily, he is recovering from whatever caused him to be hospitalized.

There is an Update to this. As of Monday April 17th 2023 he is still in the hospital and undergoing more testing.

SUMMARY - Jamie Foxx is now "awake and alert" according to this article. The article also says that "due to quick action and great care, he is already on his way to recovery."

There is an update on this. It now appears that Jamie Foxx may have had blood clots.
