Ya got me there.. I hate fireworks. It traumatizes & scares my pets and feels like animal cruelty. It is animal abuse as it really shakes up the beautiful creatures in our backyards that are often ignored and unseen. Fireworks disrupts and cause an imbalance as animals often seek refuge outside their normal already perfect homes invading one another habitat/home territories creating imbalance for everyone's lifestyle in that vicinity.

During fireworks near my street, I worry about my roof catching fire. I just feel like I'm being shot at.  The smell of sulfur fills the air There's better ways of celebrating than using gunpowder.. people need to learn to play a musical instrument or something instead.  ;)

By Zeus or by Jove, we already got free fireworks from nature ... just watch a thunder and lighting storm .. that's enough commotion and excitement for this mortal.

My dog deserves a good belly rub not an explosive scare.
The cats are happy on the back porch leave them be don't mess with them or me.
I'm not a big fan of gunpowder in any shape or form especially when it goes off near my sacred body.
I hate fireworks and so do our animals,
You ain't no animal lover if you like fireworks and pyrotechnics,
Who wants to be part of something that generally and specifically hurts animals? Not me,

P.S. After writing this I googled "do firework events hurt animals" just to see if there's anything to back up my theories and evidently I am right about how harmful fireworks are for animals.

There are indeed countless articles on the impact fireworks has on these poor innocent beautiful creatures:

"Yes, firework events have many negative and potentially fatal impacts on animals, including pets, livestock, and wildlife
. Animals are more sensitive to loud noises, bright flashes, and strange smells than humans, which can lead to extreme stress, injury, and death...
