SUMMARY - Health officials in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, are monitoring a measles outbreak involving 3 children. One of the cases is already confirmed while the other 2 are "presumed probable." All 3 live in the same household and all were unvaccinated. They were exposed to measles while traveling for the holidays.

SUMMARY - Three North Carolina children have contracted measles after visiting South Carolina. The children are from Buncombe County and went to Spartanburg County in South Carolina. The vaccination status of the three children before contracting measles is unknown. There are two other cases of measles in North Carolina, with one of them being in Polk County.

SUMMARY - The state of Oregon has confirmed its first Measles cases for the year 2026. Health officials are investigating two cases of measles in Linn County. There were two measles exposures at two hospitals on January 6 & 7, details in the link below.
