Today I have to to take loved one for doctor appointment to healthcare facility that might or might not mask for me upon request for their 79 year old patient whom is my loved one... I wish the governor would mandate masking at healthcare facilities instead of holding the governor's ball or condoning such an event that is affiliated with someone who is supoussed to hold high office and represent governing of people. What a ridiculous name "governor's ball". I protest the name of this event. Its not very professional to affiliate governor or the name governor with partying.Imagine if this singer goes to the doctor's office maskless or that. doctor's office doesn't make their patients like him mask and that's what I face this morning. Pure terror for me. I take my loved one in to place where sick people are. This is one of the hardest things in my life. I shouldn't have to rely on luck or pray but I pray at least one-way masking works for my loved on's sake around what I consider monsters and monstrous lack of prevention at healthcare facilities where sick people supposedly get treated.That's the one thing they don't talk about.. where the sick people go and that includes these performers.. they go to healthcare when they are sick to get diagnosis.I am caregiver of my loved one. Like last doctor's visit, I will simply get between the maskless with my safety mask/respirator on and Say "we prefer you wear mask for my loved one" snd if they don't I'll have to pull her out of there. That's all I can do out of clear conscience and reason me being of sound mind and body and understanding how airborne illnesses are passed.
