SUMMARY - In the nation of Canada, the province of Nova Scotia reports that there are 5 new cases of measles, bringing the total number of cases to 35 since July 7th. Officials are warning citizens of two exposure areas, one for a local pharmacy in the Kennetcook area and another for a health center in Lower Sackville.

SUMMARY - In the nation of India, 54 suspected cases of measles have emerged since the beginning of June 2025 in the state of Manipur. Vaccine hesitancy is a driving factor, with 10 of the 11 confirmed cases resulting from being not vaccinated. In the Mt. Everest locality, 28 percent of children had not received any measles vaccination, while 57 percent were only partially vaccinated. Other areas in the Senapati district had similar findings.
